Accessing the Membership Dashboard
If you are a membership director or have partial dashboard access to a membership organization, then you can access the membership dashboard in order to make any necessary customizations.
Accessing Your Membership Dashboard
To access your membership dashboard, first log into your RunSignup account that has membership access, which can be done here: runsignup.com/login.
Once you are logged into your account, there are a few ways to arrive at the membership dashboard.
My Membership Organizations to Dashboard
One way to get to your membership dashboard is by clicking on the My Membership Organizations link. This may be found in different locations depending on what page and device you are on.
Once here, you can either click on the Membership Organization Name or open up the menu on the left and select Go to Dashboard.
Another way to get there is to click the Membership Organizations Link in the purple Director Links box under your profile.
Membership Page to Dashboard
Another way to arrive at the membership organization dashboard is by clicking the direct link to your membership organization dashboard on your membership website page.
You can find this link by clicking on your Profile Icon and selecting Member Organization Dashboard.
Note: This link is only visible to people who are logged into RunSignup AND have access to the membership organization dashboard. This link will not be visible to the public on your membership organization website.
Deleting Your Membership Dashboard
We allow you to delete your membership organization if needed. Start by clicking on the My Membership Organizations link found under the profile icon.
Once here, you will open up the menu on the left and select Delete this Membership Organization.
