Customize Your Volunteer Setup
The Customization tab lets you add and edit details about the volunteer task(s) including:
Timeslots for the hours that volunteers are needed
Minimum and maximum # of volunteers needed
Additional resources needed (i.e. cups, water, etc.)
If you imported a CSV file that included the minimum and maximum number of Volunteers, Task Start Time, Task End Time, and Task Date, this information will already be completed for you.
You can also add additional Resources Needed or additional Timeslots for each Task.
Under Jump To a Task, you can click on the specific Task that you want to edit, and you will be taken directly to that part of the page. There is also an easy export option to download your Volunteer data at any time.
