You can group Tasks into Categories in the Categories tab. For example, you can create a “Water Stops” category to organize the Tasks “Water Stop 1” and “Water Stop 2.”


To add a Category, click the green “Add A Task Category” button.

To select multiple Tasks that you would like to place in a single Category, hold down the Command (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift keys (PC) and click all the relevant Tasks.




You can also enter Category Coordinators, who are in charge of a Category of Tasks. When you enter a name and email, that person is invited via email.  Once they login or create an account they can see the information related to that Category and Tasks and import volunteers and communicate with them.
