This may happen for the following reasons:
1) The group password entered is incorrect. You will need to change/reset your password. See here for a guide on how to reset your group password.
Important: Group passwords are case-sensitive. Please make sure you are using capitalization when entering the password.
2) The group password is entered correctly but the error is showing "Incorrect Password". This is most likely a caching web browser issue where the current page is still storing the previous password. In this case, you will need to clear the cache for your web browser OR you can sign up under a different web browser.
RunSignUp does not store Group Passwords, so we do not have the ability to let you know what yours is. If your password is incorrect you'll need your Group administrator to update it.
