If you do not have all the required information to set up a payment account, then you can have someone else with financial access create a RunSignup account and fill out their information for the payment account.
The invitation can be sent through the "Set Up Later" option > Enter the email address on the box > Save & Continue.
If the Set Up Later option is not available, then you can add the person to your Race through the Secure Access/Info Sharing page > Enter the email address on the box > Save Settings. This will send an email invitation so that they can set up a RunSignup account and access your Race Dashboard. From there, they can set up a payment account through Financial > Payment Setup > Create New Account.
