Why can’t I access/view my Payment Account?

If you are not able to view the payment account, this could be for the following reasons:

1)  Payment Account ownership is automatically granted to the RunSignUp user who set up the Race except when "Set Up Later" is selected. In that case, the Account Administrator is the person designated to set up the account.

2)  Only Payment Account Administrators can view/manage the payment account.

For security purposes, only Payment Account owners are able to access the Payment Account. If you are trying to access someone else's payment account, please contact the Payment Account owner directly to request for access (completed outside of RunSignUp). The Payment Account owner contact email will be displayed on the red error message when accessing someone else's payment account.
