Why is your site not accepting my payment account information?

When RunSignUp is not able to verify the information you entered for your payment account, a red error message occurs notifying you that the information may be incorrect.


In this case, please double check all the information is entered correctly, scroll down to the bottom of the form and click Save & Continue again. This will place the account in manual review for approval by our Risk Team and you will be contacted if any further information is needed for account approval.


Tip: Please make sure the Box under Legal Ownership Information is completed when submitting the application again.

Important: As a standard anti-fraud measure, non-physical addresses like PO Boxes are not allowed as an address for all entities - Business/Organizations/Principals. Please use a physical address instead of a PO Box when entering your payment account details. You are able to enter P.O. Boxes in the Pay to Address fields for check payments.
