If you changed the legal name of your business/organization without changing the FEIN/EIN, then please send the official letter of the legal name change to finance@runsignup.com.
If you changed the legal name and have a new FEIN, then you will need to create a new payment account. You can set up a new payment account by navigating to Race Dashboard -> Financial -> Payment Setup -> Set Up a New Account (drop-down menu). Since the Business/Organization is recently incorporated, our Risk Team may reach out to you for more information.
