TABLE OF CONTENTS
Participants
The Participants area of the Dashboard features three main areas - Participants, Matching, and Clear All.

Participants - This area lists all Series Participants and allows for users to search for participants, do very basic reporting, and edit information on an individual level. Editing a participant’s information in a Series only affects the Series Participant, not the registrant or user account’s information.
Matching - Automatic or Manual Matching of Series Participants to keep a clean Series Scoring database. It is important to run an Automatic Match after each result set is uploaded. Automatic Matching uses the RunSignup tools to help clean up duplicate participants so that series scoring is accurate. The RunSignup auto-matching requires an exact match on First Name and Last Name, for example Jenny Smith, age 37 from Minneapolis, MN and Jenny Smith, age 37 from St. Paul, MN.
Clear All - Clears all participants from the Series. If re-scoring all events is necessary, this is a helpful step to make sure that data is not merged to an outdated version of a participant.
View Participants
The Participants area has a number of search functions and basic reporting exports

Series - This dropdown allows for navigation between years of a series
First Name/Last Name - First and Last name search fields
Exact Match - Checking this box will only output exact matches
Gender - Gender selection - only Male and Female options are currently supported by Series Scoring
Minimum/Maximum Age - Set the minimum/maximum age for the search parameters. This function uses the age of the Series Participant, not their age on a given day.
Minimum Age Group/Gender/Overall Points - Sets the minimum number of points for a category required for the participant to be in the report. There is not a Clydesdale/Athena (Custom Scoring) field option for this.
Minimum Number of Events - Minimum number of events with points attributed to a participant.
Participants - The output participants based on the search parameters. Fields available include First Name, Last Name, Custom ID, Gender, Age, Age Group, Address, Email, Phone, No. Events (which only includes events the participant scored points in), and Points (broken down by category)
Edit - Opens the Series Participant record to be edited, including the ability to edit their scores.
Download/Print - Allows the printing of the report or a download of the report in CSV or XLSX format
Page - Navigation between pages if necessary
Edit Series Participant
From the Participants view, clicking “Edit” will bring users to the Edit Series Participant page for the given participant. This allows for the updating of information for the Series Participant. If a participant is updated, new versions of the participant can be merged to the existing participant (see Participant Matching [insert link]). Merging the edited Series Participant to another participant will potentially overwrite this information.

Participant Information - Allows edits of the Series Participant information. Editing a Series Participant does not affect the registration data. Updating age, date of birth, or gender does not recalculate points. Updating participant information will require re-scoring events within the Series.
Edit Participant Scores - Allows editing the point attribution on an event and scoring type basis
Edit Series Participant Scores
There are some instances where points may need to be manually updated. By finding the Series Participant in question and clicking “Edit” This action will open the following screen:

Scores and places are presented based on the Event and the Scoring Type. Scores may be edited for the Series Participant by inputting the appropriate value and saving the participant score. It is important to remember that re-scoring an event will overwrite these manual changes.
